Located in a wonderful position to make the most of beautiful Beadnell Beach and the water sports on offer, this property is a great space for families and friends to get away and enjoy being beside the sea. In the village, there is a small selection of cafes, pubs and a village store, which alongside the harbour and beach, ensures all you could need for a week away is right on the doorstep. The ground floor is made up of the open-plan living space which is filled with light from the bi-fold doors. There are a number of zoned areas creating social spaces for all the family; sit and enjoy breakfast at the breakfast bar, eat together at the dining table or huddle around the wood burner for a movie night on the leather sofas. A WC is also located on the ground floor for convenience. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, the first of which is a king-size, benefitting from doors to a balcony and an en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms are on the first floor alongside a family bathroom, both of the rooms have twin beds and plenty of storage. For additional entertainment, there’s a family games room with bean bags, a Wii console, a TV and a selection of games. On the top floor of the house is the master bedroom with a king-size four-poster bed, balcony and en-suite bathroom boasting a bath and a shower cubicle.

The enclosed garden has a patio area and a large lawn for sunbathing and playing with the kids. An outdoor table tennis table, swingball, badminton, a tractor that guests can use, garden furniture and BBQ complete the space, which really comes to life during the summer months.

Reviews

The location of this property is excellent. Beach 5 mins walk and a lovely bar very close by. The house is very spacious. Good sized living area , bedrooms and bathrooms. Ping pong table a good addition to the garden.

Mrs H,

The house is great location, clean and comfortable. Future users please note no wardrobes in 3 bedrooms although draws, it would be helpful to have hanging space. WiFi connection very poor. Not able to connect.

Mrs B,

Great house in a fantastic location. Garden is great & the views from the upper floors are magical. Would love to go back.

Ms B,

Sunset Bay is in a great location within a 5 minute walk from Beadnell Bay Beach which is doggy paradise. Great enclosed garden and ample parking for three cars. Accommodation is good and there are four restaurants within Beadnell to save cooking. Well worth a visit.

Mr B,

This is a lovely house, comfortable, clean and spacious. The garden is well enclosed too. There was no welcome pack which was a bit disappointing. Not even a pint of milk or a few pods for the pod coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay though.
