Further afield, Bamburgh (3.5 miles) has a grand castle with a lengthy history, another beautiful sandy beach and an impressive 18-hole golf course.

The property opens out into an open-plan living space, featuring a curved leather sofa, a dining area and a kitchen which is a great space for a lazy evening in.
