Mr M,

Surprisingly spacious cottage and in a fabulous location ! We loved it!!

Mrs T,

We had a fabulous week at Sandy Dell as an extended family group (five adults, one teenager, three children between 4-10 and one large dog), and couldn't fault the property or the stunning location - the closest to the beach we have ever stayed, perfect for morning dog walks, daytime sandcastle building with the kids and even an evening dip on the hottest day of our trip. The bungalow was cosy and comfortable with plenty of parking, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday, the little 'sink' outside the back door for washing sandy feet and beach kit was a very useful touch and the children loved the garden and the window seat. Beadnell was far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and restful, but still had good places to eat out, and it was easy to get to Alnwick and Seahouses for the big shop and further afield for days out. Finding a big enough property for our group which was also dog-friendly was a challenge, we got very lucky with Sandy Dell and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Mrs D,

Great location, close to the beach with some lovely places to eat and explore.

Miss K,
