Tucked away on a private road in the village that leads to the ancient wood and beach, this charming cottage is a wonderful holiday home for five guests looking for relaxing and a quiet getaway. Step inside this lovely property and you are welcomed into the farmhouse style kitchen which has all integrated appliances, plenty of cooking equipment to make your self-catering stay as easy as possible and a large wooden dining table with seating for all to enjoy your culinary efforts. In the warmer months, open the French doors that lead onto the garden and enjoy your meals alfresco. Following through to the front of the cottage takes you to the living room, a cosy space with timber beams on the ceilings, original brick fireplace with roaring wood burner and a welcoming ambiance for snuggling on the sofa with a great book or movie. Behind a wooden door is the stairs that takes you up to the bedrooms. There are three available and include a delightful double, a small double, and a sweet little single bedroom too. The landing has a handy desk for remote working and there is a shared family bathroom.
The garden is mature with plants, shrubs and trees and is a quiet sanctuary just perfect for relaxing in the sun with a cup of tea. This south facing oasis has a winding path to a handy parking space as well as a small patio with dining table and chairs.
