Reviews

A beautiful cottage with lots of home comforts. The on-suite showers were brilliant as were the lovely comfortable beds upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more to allow us to entertain relatives who live nearby and who were equally impressed. The only downside is the very narrow steep staircase that needs great care going up and down.

Miss W,

We felt that the photographs on the website didn’t do the house justice. We enjoyed the house and the dog enjoyed the secure garden. A large basket of logs for the wood burner was a welcome bonus.

Mr S,

The Pightle is a gorgeous cottage with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and lovely big fluffy towels. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook up plenty of family feasts and even a “doggie” birthday cake. We came in November to escape the many firework displays at home as our dog hates them, we weren’t disappointed, didn’t hear a single firework in this lovely quiet rural spot

Mrs M,

Lovely place could not fault it.but the stairs, kitchen is wonderful, garden is very nice, parking was good.

Mr S,

A really lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In a great location within a short distance of lots of nice villages, also not too far from the coast. Really well equipped, lovely large wet rooms, 1 for each bedroom. We hope to return sometime.

Mrs D,

The coldest week of the year so far, all over the country apparently…. but the cottage was warm and cosy. We loved the variety of places to sit. Well equipped kitchen, clean and easy to use. We would love to return!

Mrs P,

Loved our stay here, the cottage exceeded our expectations, it was clean, warm and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen. Garden was lovely. We would definitely stay again.
