A fourth floor balcony flat, with lift access, on Rottingdean seafront and its undercliff walk.  Situated in an iconic Art Deco building there are oblique sea views to the west, so you will catch the colourful sunsets. Enjoy fish and chips or an ice cream looking out to sea. The olde worlde village was once home to Rudyard Kipling, Arts and Crafts artist Sir Edward Burne-Jones and author of National Velvet, Enid Bagnold. Visit St. Margaret's church and view some of Sir Edward Burne-Jones stained glass windows. Rottingdean now also boasts its own outdoor stage on the terraces nearby used in the summer.  If you like walking then Rottingdean is an ideal location to access The South Downs National Park or a more leisurely stroll along the Undercliff walk to Saltdean eastwards or westwards into Brighton itself, calling into The Marina with all its many shops, restaurants and other entertainments. Reviews

The location was excellent overlooking the sea & the local bus service into Brighton very good. On arrival the apartment was too hot for comfort after two hours with the windows open & the radiators turned off it became a pleasant temperature. Unable to use the WiFi via our iPad & smartphone the owners did try to get this sorted out but to no avail. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Mr J,

An absolute gem on Rottingdean seafront. Fantastic sea views and a 1 minute stroll to the beach and even closer to Rottigdean’s best pub the Coach House!
