Reviews

Cottage is ideally located for the beautiful village of Rottindean and The South Downs and Brighton can be easily reached by a good bus service. The cottage had everything we needed all good quality and clean, might be a bit cosy if all six people where there together for a long time. The owner is really helpful and any queries were answered almost immediately. I would definitely use again and I highly recommend this property.

Mrs C,

Cottage very well equipped, could do with being aired before use as smelt of damp, bus service into Brighton brilliant every ten minutes.

Ms D,

+ nice clean cottage near the sea, well equipped, modern and clean furniture, esp. bathroom and sleeeping rooms + helpful and friendly contact to the owner + free parking in a street 5 min walk away + Tesco, grocery, bakery and cafés around the corner + Bus station also around the corner with good connection to Brighton and the locations along the sea side o WiFi acceptable - cottage located at the highly frequented and by hgv used high street, means front side is noisy

Mr S,

Had a lovely stay at the cottage and would highly recommend it to a friend. There was plenty of stuff to do near by and all amenities you could need in the cottage. I would come back.

Mrs C,

We really enjoyed staying here! A lovely, cosy cottage, close to the village and the beach. Spacious for our family and really well equipped- lovely to find big mugs and really nice wine glasses - just refect the high quality of the whole place! Thanks for having us.

Mrs T,

Location was useful for us visiting relatives in the area. The cottage is centrally placed for shops, pub and cafes. Well equipped and clean. Steep stairs inside as noted in particulars; good sized comfortable bedrooms. Front is very close to High Street road so some noise. Helpful to download car park app before arrival as cannot pay by cash or card on machines at car park. Short stay limited to 3 hours a day with charging period 8 am to 8 pm.

Mr H,
