Nestled away in this quiet cul-de-sac, Sandpipers offers a spacious and comfortable holiday home for a family or group of friends. Located in the historic village of Ovingdean, the house is laid out over three levels with every detail being thought through to offer guests the perfect break. The spacious living/dining room has a log burner for those cosy evenings or in the warmer weather a balcony to sit on and admire the view of the South Downs National Park. The kitchen is light and spacious and has a further dining area for entertaining, a bottle cooler for ensuring cold drinks are chilled to perfection and an American style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser. All 3 bedrooms are beautifully furnished with fitted wardrobes and comfortable beds. There is outside seating for 6 and a barbeque for Alfresco dining and enjoying those long summer evenings.

Out and About:
Ovingdean is a small village between Brighton and Rottingdean. The countryside around the village is in the South Downs National Park and offers many footpaths and cycle trails. The Undercliff Walk runs from Saltdean to Brighton Marina and can be joined in Ovingdean. St Wulfran’s Church is mentioned in the Domesday Book and is part of a coastal walk from Rottingdean, passing the Rottingdean Windmill and onto Brighton Marina. There is an Artisan Pizza takeaway and store in the village. The lively and vibrant city of Brighton is a short drive or bus ride away and offers many restaurants, museums, theatres and nightlife.
