Description

This stylish holiday apartment is situated in the idyllic seaside village of Little Haven. The village boasts a shingle-backed sandy beach and a handful of waterfront pubs and cafes - perfect for dining out on a warm day. During low tide, you can walk from Little Haven Beach across to neighbouring Broad Haven with its larger sandy beach, seafront shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you want to venture further afield, head 15 miles to Britain's smallest City, St David's, and explore the shops, galleries, and beautiful cathedral. A visit to Skommer Island is a must during the Sumer months with trips bookable from Martin's Haven (9.5 miles) to see the famous Pembrokeshire puffins.

As you enter, you are welcomed into a generously proportioned hallway leading into the open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge truly is the star of the show here with exceptional sea views through three large picture windows. This 1960s-built building has retained a lot of the character making this a truly unique find There's a large leather sofa plus 2 armchairs making the most of those views, a TV with Freesat and games console on one side, plus a record player in the dining area, perfect to entertain the whole family. The owner has even left an electric piano for any budding musicians. The galley-style kitchen leads off from the lounge and has been suitably equipped to prepare a range of meals during your stay. Leading on from this space is the utility room. The master bedroom has a double bed and floor-to-ceiling French doors with a Juliet balcony overlooking the village. This room also benefits from an en suite bathroom with a retro sunken bath. The second bedroom is a twin room with dual aspect windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the village. Completing the property is the family shower room.

Externally, the property has a cosy decked terrace overlooking the beach with a table and chairs to dine out. The outside space can be accessed from the driveway or from the patio doors in the lounge. Please note this is a cliff top location and not enclosed so it is advisable to supervise children and dogs at all times.

Reviews

An amazing location with fabulous views of the beach and coast - very special

Mrs O,

Wonderful location with stunning views of the cove, and out to sea. Very cosy and comfortable accommodation with a wonderfully eclectic range of music on cd and vinyl. Also an extensive collection of books. Little Haven is well served with 3 quite different pubs and a small high quality deli.Broad Haven, just a short walk over a hill has a well stocked small supermarket.

Mr N,

This accommodation is marvellous, with a little quirkiness of the sixties, and the amazing views it makes for a very pleasurable stay. The property is well equipped for all your needs.

Mr F,

Unique property in a fantastic setting with stunning views. Bathrooms are tired but functional and lounge furniture difficult to get up from as you sink into it. Not ideal for older legs. Well equipped and great service from the caretaker.

Mrs S,

A fabulous quirky property very comfortable and very well stocked with everything you need for a perfect holiday and what a view. its like sitting in a first class cabin on a luxury liner

Mr R,

Generally a well equipment holiday home, with plenty in the way of added interest, with of a wide range of reading material and music within a great location, that offers some fantastic sunsets (with the good fortune of the right weather conditions!) .

Mr H,

View to die for!

Ms R,

This is an absolutely fantastic place. Views are out of this world and the vibe is mid century and homey. It’s very easy to pop down to the beach and pub. Nice deck.

Ms S,

The most remarkable place - design, facilities, location and view - unbeatable.

Dr M,

The Gazebo is the nicest holiday rental we have ever stayed in. The interior was amazing and the views divine. We loved everything about it and were very sad to leave. It’s very spacious with two good size bedrooms both with dressing tables. There are two bathrooms and a lot of comfortable seating in the lounge area as well as a large dining table. The kitchen was well equipped and the addition of a utility room was useful. There is off road parking at the front door and a terrace which is not overlooked but gave astounding views over the bay, beach and village. The kitchen was well stocked and the addition of a few necessities was welcome. The whole place was spotless and a dream to stay in.

Mrs M,

The apartment has a wonderful position overlooking Little Haven harbour and the deck and picture windows have great views of the sea and sunsets. The quirky home contents, collected over 4 generations, will entertain you for hours.
