Description

Wren Cottage is a delightfully airy and spacious holiday home, set directly on the seafront at Saundersfoot. The idyllic sea views from the sitting room, bedroom and garden provide a tranquil and peaceful setting for anyone staying here, and access to the beach from the garden gives this property an extra rare 'wow factor' that is unbeatable. This large holiday home features five bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, with two en suites and two bathrooms, large well-equipped kitchen/dining room, first floor lounge with adjoining balcony and sunroom for maximum relaxation.

From the doorstep of Wren Cottage you will find yourself at the centre of the bustling village of Saundersfoot, with its sandy bay and beautiful harbour. The seafront is lined with numerous eateries such as Harbwr, Storecrab and The Old Chemist Inn, as well as a range of independent stores and an amusement arcade. Explore the 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coastal Path that wraps around the coast or take a 10-minute drive to the popular harbour town of Tenby, known for its cobbled streets and colourful houses. Popular family attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo are also within a 20-minute drive. 

Ground Floor

  • Kitchen/Living Room: Gas hob with 5 burners, oven, microwave, dual toaster, coffee maker, TV, DVD player, rocking chair, dining table with perspex chairs and bench, sofa, two stools and sideboard.
  • Bedroom 2: Super king or 2 single beds, wardrobe, towel ladder, 2 side tables plus lamps, chest drawers and radiator.
  • Shower Room: Shower, WC, wash hand basin and towel rail.

First Floor

  • Lounge: Sofa, standard lamp, coffee table, 2 chairs, sideboard, pouffe, lady chair, TV with DVD player, gas fireplace, patio door to balcony and small sunroom with 2 chairs, table and clothes dryers.
  • Bedroom 3: Super king or 2 single beds, bookcase, open shelving/storage, peg rail and towel ladder.
  • Bedroom 4: Two single beds - "asymmetric bunks", shelving unit, hanging space and over head lamps.
  • Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, bath, wc, built in storage unit 

Second Floor

  • Bedroom 1: King size bed, built in wardrobe, 2 side tables with lamps, built in dressing table plus drawers. En Suite: Bath with shower over, WC and hand basin.
  • Bedroom 5: Double bed, built in hanging/storage space, shelving, mirror. En Suite: Shower, WC and hand basin.

Outside Space

  • Access to garden via patio doors from kitchen.

  • Bistro table/chairs together with potted herbs.

  • Steps to lower garden, wall mounted hand held shower, storage, table and seating at end of garden overlooking the beach.

  • Gate with direct access to beach.
