Reviews

The apartment was spotless. Had everything you could need even down to a sewing kit and binoculars for that stunning view. Located centrally so just a short walk to shops restaurants, museums etc.

Mr J,

Very good location for a break at any time

Rev B,

1 Sparta house is superb. Good views over harbour. Central to pub's, shop’s and restaurants. The property is very comfortable. Very happy with my break.

Mr W,

Cleanliness was a problem, carpet needs a good clean and toaster did not work, generally just not very clean. Only nice thing was the view from the window!

Miss R,

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Looking out over the harbour. Past reviews state that you are on street level and people look in! An understatement - it's like you're sitting in the street itself - as if you're sitting an outside restaurant table - it's that level of visibility! Unlike a restaurant table on the pedestrian, there is glass etc but it's as if they're not there! But I LOVED IT. I'm from London and people in Tenby - tourists and otherwise are SO DEEPLY kind and friendly and respectful. It's refreshing. Therefore I loved the view and the chance to interact with some whose eye you catch when I'm inside putting my feet up for a while and enjoying the view. There's a curtain you can pull for privacy. It was a cute stay. I had two dogs with me and we could go across the road for this bit of beautiful greenery for them to do their business. This little cottage has so many things you can entertain yourself with! Puzzles, books, binoculars etc. They've been so considerate in leaving things and thinking of everything you might want or need. There's adequate heating etc. So it's perfectly comfortable. It's not the most pristine - think more someone's quaint little home. So bringing in sand from the beaches doesn't make you feel guilty. It was such a sweet stay and I'd like to thank the owners.

Dr S,

We have rented this property a couple of times now and have found it ideal for an organised couple. it has a good functional kitchen , an acceptable bathroom and a cosy lounge area, the biggest plus is the stunning view over the historic harbour , which is still in use to this day as working harbour boasting boat charters for every interest . Nestled within the sea front , location is excellent weather for the stunning beaches or the flavoursome restaurants or if retail therapy is on the agenda , the town boasts quaint shops all within 100 metres of the property for your perusal,

Mrs T,

As above

Mrs E,

Excellent location with stunning views. Well equipped modern kitchen, but rest of property very poor & grubby. Strong smell of damp throughout. in desperate need of refurbishment. Bed is only a small double not 4’6”. No cupboard or drawer space as they are all full of unnecessary things. One way privacy film needed on window as it’s a very busy road & everyone passing looks in.If property was refurbished & improvements made to cupboard space I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Mrs L,

The location was excellent but description of holiday let looked a lot better than reality had a pleasant week in Tenby

Mrs S,

Great location overlooking the harbour and North beach, and a very close to town centre
