Description

Ocean House is a large, Grade 11 listed, Georgian town house, located just yards away from the shores of Tenby. Newly renovated in 2022, this elegant and luxurious holiday home boasts sweeping views over Tenby Harbour from each floor. This seven storey, former Harbour Masters Home is steeped in history. The basement features a fabulous cinema room with seating, comfy bean bags and an 85" TV screen, there is also a shower room and laundry facilities in the basement. The ground floor has an open plan, bright and airy living and dining area with soft seating, dining facilities for up to fourteen people and breathtaking ocean views. The contemporary kitchen is well-equipped including two cookers, two dishwashers and a drinks cooler, which is ideal for such a large holiday home like this! Floors one to five home a large, stylish and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room, per floor, they range from family bedrooms sleeping 4 people with flexible sleeping arrangements, to king size bedrooms sleeping 2 people, each bedroom has sea views and views over Tenby town - such a rarity in a home like this! The first floor also has a magnificent balcony, featuring outdoor seating for fourteen people and stunning views over Tenby Harbour, North Beach and Carmarthen Bay.

As the pre-loved Harbour Master's home, Ocean House has the most magnificent views over Tenby Harbour, North Beach, Carmarthen Bay and Tenby town centre. This home is truly like no other! The location is perfect for exploring the busy town of Tenby, it is also ideal for beach days or exploring the cliff path into Saundersfoot and further afield. From this home, right in the heart of Tenby, you can walk to all bars, restaurants, cafes, shops as it is all just stone's throw away from your front door. Pembrokeshire also features some great activities for the whole family, from Heatherton Activity Park, to Oakwood Theme Park, Folly Farm, and much much more - there is something for all ages and all occasions.

  • Kitchen/Breakfast Area: New (in 2022) fully fitted contemporary kitchen with two microwaves, two cookers, large hob, large fridge, separate large freezer, two dishwashers, a full size drinks cooler and high breakfast table with high stools.

First Floor

  • Bedroom 1: Two 'zip and link beds' - choose from; two super king beds, four single beds or one super king size bed and two single beds, chaise longue, large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, accent chairs and lamps, with views into Tenby town and harbour. En Suite: Marble shower room, with shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Second Floor

  • Bedroom 2: King size bed, side tables, fitted wardrobe, dressing table, accent chair, lamps with views across Carmarthen Bay/North Beach and into Tenby Harbour. En Suite: Shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.

Third Floor

This house has the most fantastic location looking down over Tenby's North Beach. It is exceptional in its design and style, and has a fascinating renovation history. The two huge identical bedrooms with twin beds at one end and a kingsize bed at the other would suit two families with two children each. The other bedrooms are doubles with super sea views. Tenby is charming and thriving with beautiful sandy beaches.

Great location close to beaches, town and restaurants. Lavish property finishes with all utensils, towels and equipment needed for a more than comfortable stay. Highly recommended for large groups or family events with excellent communication from the owner from booking throughout stay. Can’t wait to stay again!!

The whole house has been finished to such a high standard and location is amazing. Betty is also aa very lovely lady and couldn't do enough to help, along with decorating the house as we were celebrating a birthday. I would 100% recommend Ocean House to anybody looking for a luxurious place to stay, in the best location, with the best views

It is top quality and comfort combined. The decor is amazing, particularly the beautiful spiral staircase. Every part of the house has attention to detail. 13 of us stayed & would most certainly stay again. The host, Betty, was lovely and so helpful. The house is walking distance to the beach % lots of wonderful restaurants and bars
