Description
Situated on the Benar headland in one of the most sought-after parts of Abersoch, close to the centre of the village, this is a stunning family home. The property is set in an elevated position above Abersoch’s picturesque Outer Harbour and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the constantly changing seascape across the harbour and Cardigan Bay to Warren Beach, Llanbedrog Headland and the wonderful Snowdonia mountain range beyond. Guests can be crabbing on the jetty or playing on the beach just moments from the front door. A short stroll along the coastal footpath takes you around the Benar headland, leading to the South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club, the Main Abersoch Beach and the friendly Abersoch Golf Club.
The property has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is a luxurious family home. The main living space offers a huge open-plan area with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the amazing views out to sea. There are three sofas, a Smart TV, a large dining table with space for all, and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a workspace area for those who have to keep an eye on work whilst away. The kitchen offers everything you could wish to rustle up a delicious meal or a light snack for a day on the beach. There is a convenient utility room where dogs can also enjoy some well-earned rest, and a ground-floor shower room to wash off the sand from a day on the beach. Upstairs, the entrance hall leads into a separate games room with pool table, seating area and Smart TV. Up another set of stairs is a further snug area with a Smart TV for the kids to snuggle up and watch a movie or play games. There are six bedrooms including three king-size, one with an en-suite bathroom, and one with an en-suite shower room, both of which enjoy uninterrupted views across the water. The third king-size also has views over the water and shares a family bathroom with the twin bedroom. There are two further children’s bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a single bed, and one with a bunk bed , which both share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bath and shower. Both bunk beds are only for use by children. In total, there are five bathrooms, three with showers, one with a bath, and one with both a bath and shower.
Outside, a front garden and patio area with BBQ offer uninterrupted views of the sea, with plenty of space for kids and four-legged friends to play. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors outside the games room open onto a further patio area with seating, perfect to enjoy the evening sunset. Sympathetic to its surroundings, part of the house has a sedum roof designed to attract wildlife, while the house is heated by solar power and an air-source heat pump. Small outside storage is also available.
