Reviews

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely cottage. We were blessed with fabulous weather for March and managed to fit in lots of walking along the coastal path. The hot tub was perfect to soothe tired legs. The cottage had everything we needed for a really enjoyable break

Mrs T,

We loved our stay, was a birthday celebration. Cottage very cosy, well equiped and great location. Would happily stay again. Many thanks x

Mrs B,

Cottage is very well equipped and there’s some thoughtful touches that stood out compared to holiday rentals we’ve stayed in previously (such as tea, coffee and sugar already being there, storage containers, tin foil and cling film etc). Was really convenient. The location is lovely, the pub is a stones throw away with lovely food. It’s not too far a drive to the nearest supermarkets and the beach is stunning. Games room and hot tub were a hit! Lovely stay - thank you.

Mrs R,

The cottage is spacious and decorated extremely nicely. The kitchen has all the desired amenities, which is fantastic. The added bonus of the games room is a nice touch on those rainy days and killed several hours for us. The hot tub is of good quality and was fully enjoyed throughout our stay. Location wise is very good, the Ship Inn just 100 yards down the road is fantastic, and the local beach 15 minute walk away is very enjoyable. whilst we had a fantastic time and it is a lovely cottage better maintenance/cleaning between guests would be beneficial.

Mr H,

Me and a colleague too two service users on their first holiday for decades and they had a ball, seeing them in the hot tub was something we never thought would happen but they felt so comfortable and happy that they could not wait and they have spoken about it non stop. They also loved the games room where we spent plenty of time playing pool and darts. This is a fantastic cottage and highly recommended.

Mr M,

This is a beautiful, cosy cottage, with plenty of space for a family. Very well appointed, with a full range of kitchen appliances, central heating and a log burner for those really cool nights. The wi-fi provision is excellent too. Outside, the hot tub is a brilliant addition, and was clean and fully prepared for our visit. And what could I say about the games room? It's a fantastic facility and provides all the rainy day entertainment anyone could possibly wish for. The lovely, quiet rear garden is dog-secure, and great to relax in on a sunny day. The cottage is within easy walking distance (2-3 minutes) of a great, dog-friendly pub, 5 minutes from the local shop and is around 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Plenty of clean towels provided, and the linen was also clean and fresh on the very comfortable beds. Overall, a beautiful cottage in a lovely location, which would be great for families with both young children or older teens.

Mr W,

We had a lovely stay in this characterful cottage. The location is perfect for walking down to Llanbedrog beach, which also has a lovely beach bar. The local pubs are so welcoming, and serve great locally sourced food. We really felt the location of this cottage was amazing for everything, from walks, to visiting local towns and walking to nearby pubs. The games was a big hit for us, the pool table was used every night and kept us entertained for hours. The cottages itself is full of character, we just felt like it was missing a bit of love in terms of its cleanliness. But this wouldn’t stop us from returning again. Thank you to Karen and John for being such wonderful hosts.
