Description
Recently renovated, Marina Beach Cottage is located just a short stroll from Pwllheli Hafan Marina and the stunning 3 mile long Abererch Beach. This charming cottage has been beautifully decorated and has a very homely feel to it with a log burner effect electric fire in the attractive, original inglenook fireplace with two sofas right in front of it making the living area feel nice and cozy. This delightful cottage, with lovely décor throughout, boasts open plan living downstairs with a modern kitchen and some original stone walls, and two comfortable bedrooms upstairs that have been thoughtfully decorated. There are also two outside areas here for you to enjoy - a rear patio area with table and chairs, great for al fresco dining, and a large high level deck looking out towards the marina and the Mid Wales mountains. It's a perfect place to relax with a drink at the end of the day. Note: The front of the house opens onto a road. with parking opposite.
Whether you want to snuggle up in front of the fire with your pet, or go exploring, we have it all for you here - plenty of gorgeous beaches and countryside to explore, attractions and good food and drink all make the area a very popular one. Pwllheli is the unofficial capital of Llŷn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The welcoming seaside town boasts two fabulous beaches - Marian-y-de Beach and Glan-y-Don Beach - and has wonderful shops and boutiques, cafes, an ice cream parlour, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and a busy market held at Y Maes (the square) every Wednesday and Saturday during the summer. With an Arts Centre, amusements arcade, golf course and access to the Wales Coast Path, Pwllheli has something for everyone. It's also ideally located for visiting other tourists spots such as Llanbedrog and Abersoch in one direction, and Criccieth and Porthmadog in the other direction with attractions such as Glasfryn Parc and Nant Gwrtheyrn a short drive away as well. It truly is a great place to holiday.
