Description

Stylish and modern in style, Ty Nant is a newly built, semi-detached property in the pretty village of Llaniestyn. This stunning property offers open-plan living consisting of an attractive kitchen (with breakfast bar), a dining area and lounge with large feature sliding windows opening out onto a large patio and private south-facing garden. An oak stairway leads up to the elegant master bedroom (with en-suite), a spacious twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a second lounge/chill area where you can relax and admire the beautiful countryside views. The property also boasts a long balcony with access from the chill area and the main bedroom so you can wake up and step outside to take in the fresh country air first thing. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and has a stream running along the boundary. It's a lovely setting for a barbeque or just relax and enjoy the day and the evening sun. This is a fabulous family friendly holiday home that's bound to impress.

This well-appointed property is ideally placed for exploring the beautiful area and stunning coastline of beaches and coves on both sides of the Llyn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You are also only a 15 minutes drive from Porthdinllaen where the much loved Ty Coch Inn is situated, and is one of the best beach bars in the world. Enjoy a drink or two right by the glorious sandy beach while you take in the incredible views here. Although the property is in a small rural village, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants a short drive away. Being quite central on this peninsula, you're also close to the Wales Coast Path and popular larger villages and towns such as Abersoch, Aberdaron and Pwllheli. Great comfortable cottage lovely and relaxing

Mr P,

If you are looking to explore the Llyn Peninsula we cannot recommend this cottage highly enough. It has a huge wow factor and didn’t disappoint in any way whatsoever. If we ever come back to this area we will book Ty Nant in a heartbeat.

Mr O,

Ty Nant is a beautiful house & extreamly comfortable with everything provided in the kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, bedrooms to make your stay easy. Fantastic comfortable outdoor settees with cushions & coffee table. Outdoor garden lights add to a lovely garden with rippling stream. If the weather isnt good the upstairs lounge makes a great retreat to view from. Ideal location for visiting many places.

Mr M,

This property was extremely well furnished and laid out and exceeded our expectations. It was very well stocked with kitchen supplies and made for a very comfortable stay.

Mrs G,

An excellent house in a great location, ideal for travelling to all the different parts of the Llyn peninsula. The house is one of the best equipped houses we have been to and the living and sleeping spaces are wonderful, loads of space and fantastic rooms.

Mr T,

The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped. We would definitely recommend

Mr G,

Our third visit to Ty Nant and just as good as ever. Everything we needed for a quiet getaway from a beautiful fully equipped kitchen to attractive and comfortable accommodation. Hope to be back for our fourth visit next year

Mr P,

A superb cottage.

Mr B,

Beautiful house and high quality furnishings and equipment. Spotlessly clean. Downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower was a godsend for my husband who struggles to step over the bath tub, as the main bedroom en-suites was used by another couple. The owners are very helpful. Will use it again if we go to that part of the country. Thank you

Mrs B,

Spotlessly clean and really well equipped cottage in quiet peaceful location.

Mrs P,

A fabulous house with everything you could need . Very private with lovely views from the balcony and a stream at the bottom of the garden . No nearby shop or pub so worth making sure you have what you need . So cosy yet spacious and spotlessly clean . Some very good restaurants in Abersoch . Obviously great for walks and some beautiful beaches . We would definitely recommend .
