With panoramic sea views, Crawshay Court is a two storey, modern holiday apartment situated on the golden sandy, Blue Flag bay of Langland. This apartment has been delightfully decorated, with ample soft seating, breakfast table and balcony - the spacious lounge has spectacular sea views and the well-equipped kitchen features dining table with chairs. Sleeping four in a king size bedroom with en suite shower room, and a flexible zip and link bedroom (twin single beds or a king size bed - please choose at time of booking), and separate family bathroom. This property is the perfect base for a holiday all year round with amenities for all seasons right on your doorstep.

Crawshay Court is located just behind the iconic green huts and palm trees of Langland Bay; a very popular beach with locals and visitors alike with lifeguards in summer months, shower facilities and tennis courts. It’s the perfect beach for swimming, rock pooling and other non-motorized water sports. This charming apartment is within close walking distance of the beach, along with beach cafe; Surfside, or less formal 'hole in the wall' serving ice cream and take away chips, or for fine dining the sea food restaurant Langland Brasserie. Down a little lane, to the right of Langland Bay is Langland Bay Golf Club, a course that has been compared to Pebble Beach in California, with stunning coastal views from the course and a welcoming club house with bar and restaurant. Just a short distance away is the hustle and bustle of Mumbles, a village with independent and chain restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs in abundance, beautiful stretch of sandy bay and pier with activities and amenities for the whole family.

Off the lounge is a relaxing balcony where you can take in your spectacular surroundings over a glass of wine. Allocated off road parking spaces 2 medium sized cars. Gated driveway into secure car park, lawned area to the front of the apartment block.

This property was comfortable met all basic needs but you have to climb two sets of stairs very difficult when off loading and loading. The view is lovely but you overlook a very busy main car parks for the beach and bistro.

Climbing up 2 flights of stairs with cases after a 4 hour drive was worth every puff and gasp, the view is spectacular, forget the TV just look out of the windows. Really comfortable base, ideal for a walk on the cliff path or beach, close to town but no "passing traffic". Little things showed the owners cared, plenty of games and films, really interesting book on the Gower on the table and a comprehensive guide to all that's needed for a really comfortable happy stay.
