Reviews

We stayed here for three nights and what a fab time it was! The hut its self is well equipped and even has thoughtful touches such as robes/slippers/blankets/snacks with give a personal touch. Not forgetting the lovely decor inside!! Plenty of logs provided to keep the fire and hot tub going also. Perfect location to see the sunsets too! Ivy the dog was a welcome visitor over the stay. Overall just a lovely accommodation, the perfect place for a break away! Thank you Heidi

Miss B,

Really lovely hut, had all we needed for a break away as a couple. Hot tub took about 2.5hrs to heat up so plan ahead. Cozy inside and we didn't use the log burner because of that. Away from everything to just relax and reset.

Mrs N,

A must visit escape. Simple unwind in a beautiful setting. Enjoy the countryside vibes and a lovely walk through the forest to the local pub. We spent the weekend having a great time. Firing up the hottub and generally enjoying the peace and quiet. It went far to fast. Could have done another few days here.

Mr S,

Lovely place to stay.

Mr P,

Had a great few days here. Relaxing and taking in the view. Excellent amenities and special little touches added to making the stay even more special. Made full use of the hot tub. Didn't get to see the resident owl, but did see a couple of deer in the field below. Look forward to returning.

Mr N,

Absolutely delightful stay! It had everything, charm, character, all the touches, lovely wood fired hot tub after a long walk was spot on! Heidi was on hand for any help!

Mr B,

What a wonderful stay we had! Hot tub under the stars, lovely walks and we even survived storm Eowyn!

Mr L,

Perfect place for couples holiday, nice and quiet . Was amazing.

Miss B,

Absolutely perfect! The place is a little haven away from all the chaos of life. We had the best, most relaxing time even if the weather wasn't ideal to use the hot tub much! Honestly the best way to spend some quality time with someone.

Miss W,

We absolutely loved our holiday! The accommodation was cosy and had all the amenities we needed. It is well placed to explore the surrounding Peak District!

Mr P,

Beautiful shepherd's hut, comfortable, warm ans quiet. Delicious local milk, eggs and complementary cake and prosecco when we arrived.

Dr P,
