Reviews

Easy access cottage in a lovely location warm and comfortable

Miss B,

Excellent bungalow in excellent location.

Mr D,

Cottage was very clean and comfortable had all you need in the way of equipment for your stay. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms huge. Location excellent cottage had beautiful garden with outstanding views accross open fields. Access was via a well maintained tarmac single track road. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Mr G,

The cottage was very well presented. It was warm, well equipped and comfortable with everything that you might require. The location was just great being about a mile away from the village. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming. Would definitely recommend Garth Cottage and would like to visit it again soon.

Mrs S,

Accommodation clean and comfortable. Garden “makes” the cottage.

Mr H,

This is a lovely cottage in a peaceful location

Mr F,

This being our 4th visit we can confirm that the cottage is everything you could want. The place is clean and comfortable, has all the necessary amenities and more. It is peaceful and lovely with a a great countryside outlook. The sun room is such a lovely place to sit in the morning.

Mr T,

Is a little of the beaten track and the actual building is in need of an update, the bathrooms are poor and the shower in the room with a bath is very narrow and the flow of water very low, Heating could only be put on after 7am

Mr B,

A very comfortable cottage, everything was provided, Jenny and Peter most helpful, would hope to visit again the location is wonderful, easy access to moors and dales

Dr O,

A Beautiful spaciously clean and comfortable cottage in a peaceful location. Wonderful uninterrupted views of the countryside. Very well laid out for four people with large comfortable bedrooms at each end of the house Highly recommended for anyone with mobility issues, we stayed with elderly parents aged eighty six & ninety!

Mrs G,

We would definitely recommend this cottage. We always say as soon as we walk into a cottage, we know whether we are going to like it, this one is just 'Excellent' and ticks all the necessary points we look for such as cleanliness, presentation, comfort, 'No Pets'. More that enough items for four people to stay with plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of cupboard space, with good fridge & freezer, never used the washing machine. The bedrooms are large as is the living room and kitchen. The conservatory finishes everything off, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here even if the weather was C..p!!

Mr B,

We loved this cottage, particularly the conservatory garden & location. Also the amenities. Very clean, plenty of space. Highly recommend.

Mr F,

Lovely cottage very spacious especially for the disabled.Great views and well kept gardens. We have already booked for next year.

Mr R,

Well designed for disabled visitors. Good to sit on the patio with a cup of tea or glass of wine at the end of a day's touring the dales.

Mrs P,

One of the best holiday lets we have found, really good enough to live in full time. All the necessary appliances , ample space, large clean bathrooms and situated in a lovely spot.

Mr T,

The cottage is in a beautiful location and we found instantly we felt at home. The cottage is lovely and so comfortable. The owners are very friendly and extremely helpful. We would give the cottage 5 stars and will most certainly return.
