Stanley Apartment 1 is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment in Paignton forming part of the owners large detached property and boasts superb sea views from the bedrooms, kitchen and the lounge diner. A perfect place to stay for a family, friends, couples and walkers.
The property is only a very short walk to the picturesque Harbour boasting cafes, restaurants and regular boat trips to nearby Brixham and Torquay. Paignton Beach is only a few minutes walk away where you will find a fabulous stretch of sand and a pier for entertainment, also many cafes, shops, restaurants and a cinema. Keen coastal walkers can join the South West Coastal Path from the apartment. Preston sands and Goodrington sands are also two additional beaches easily walkable distance. For a day of adventure, hop on the Steam Train at Paignton and enjoy a scenic coastal journey to Kingswear, where you can get the ferry across to the historic town of Dartmouth.
In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth food festival.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
