Stepping into this lovingly furnished family home you’re welcomed into the hallway with WC to your right. Moving into the kitchen on your left, you’ll find everything you need in this fully equipped space with a contemporary finish and underfloor heating throughout. Step into the lounge/diner and the rear bi-fold doors welcome the outdoor sea views and provide a light and spacious area to unwind. Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and board games are ready to entertain the family all evening. Moving upstairs to the first floor are two king-size rooms, one boasting a lovely en-suite and a terrace balcony showcasing sea views. Also on this floor is a family bathroom. Heading upstairs on the second floor are a further two bedrooms, a lovely twin bedroom and a super-king room with Smart TV and en-suite jack and gill bathroom. Outside, the property has two outdoor spaces, and to the front of the property is an enclosed paved area with steps leading to the front door.

To the rear with beautiful sea views is an enclosed garden with turf and a paved area with outdoor seating to dine alfresco.

We had a lovely week at Sandy Toes which is a beautiful house. It is very well equipped house and has been tastefully decorated throughout (although we would have liked a bbq). It is in a good location for exploring the area and within walking distance of a very nice pub. The only little niggle we had was there is only space for two cars and you can’t park on the road.

Beautiful house great location on bus route into Dartmouth town and 10 minute walk to a lovely pub and another 10 minutes to a stunning beach. House is immaculate with stunning seaview from bedroom balcony. Highly recommend.
