It’s national vegetarian week! So we thought we would take the opportunity to share with you some of our favourite places to eat. There are so many great choices for vegetarians in the Lake District we are truly spoiled for choice. 

After an unusually snowy winter, we are celebrating the emergence of a fabulous spring here in the Lake District.

Whilst I was at work on the hottest weekend of the year so far, my little boy had his very own Windermere adventure in the wood of Orrest Head with his Auntie and Uncle.
