Bluebird Bakery, Malton, Leeds & York
This family-run bakery started out in 2011, with its original home being in Malton, before spreading to venues in York and Kirkgate Market in Leeds. Specialising in fresh, artisanal bread, the Bluebird Bakery has made a regional and national name for itself over the last decade. Any of the mentioned venues are amazing, but for that extra-fresh experience, Malton is unbeaten as the shop is attached to the bakery, meaning everything is straight from the oven.
